Care

For light soiling:

Vacuum, use a lint roller, shake and air regularly.

Air on humid days to keep the leather supple.

Avoid heat and direct sunlight.

For heavy soiling:

Only machine wash skins with wool up to 35 mm.

Do not machine wash full-length or Visby skins. 

Use wool shampoo (pH 3.5–5.5), free from enzymes, bleach, and phosphates.

Soak in cold water if heavily soiled. Wash on wool cycle at 30 °C with plenty of water.

Spin is fine; no tumble drying or heat. 

Dry flat or hang at room temperature.

Stretch while damp to keep skin flexible.

Do not iron.

Professional dry cleaning is also suitable.
